What are your hours of operation?

We are open from 10:00am-7:00pm Monday through Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm on Saturday and 11:00am-5:00pm on Sunday.

Can you order shoes for me?

If we still have an account with the manufacturer, we can order any current style (availability depends solely on the manufacturer). If the style is one that we currently carry, no purchase is necessary. However, if it is a rare style or one we do not carry, you will have to prepay with a credit or debit card. Orders take a minimum of three weeks to arrive at our store.

Who can evaluate my feet?

Anyone of our trained shoe consultants can give you an evaluation and fit you for orthotics and shoes.

Do you sell children’s orthotics?

Yes although we strongly recommend you consult a podiatrist first.

What is the highest women’s size that you have?

Usually the largest size will be Euro. 42 or US 11. Above this size, we offer some narrow men’s shoes that may appeal to women (especially on the athletic department).

When is the podiatrist in the store?

Dr. Kemp comes to the store approximately twice a month on Saturday mornings. Please call to see when her next visit will be. Customer must sign up for a time to speak with her.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No, any one of our trained shoe consultants can direct you to inserts, shoes and/or accessories that you may need.

How do I get to the store?

• Muni: Take the N-Judah line to 9th Ave. and Irving. Walk up 9th Ave towards Jamba Juice.

• Car: On The Run is no more than 15 minutes away from downtown. Take Fell St. to Lincoln St. Make a right onto 9th Ave. WE are one block away from Golden Gate Park. There is a parking lot next to the store.

Do you sell children’s shoe?

No, however, we do refer customers to the Junior Boot Shop.

What is the lowest women’s size you have?

On some rare occasions we may have 1-2 styles that come in European 35 or US 4.5. We do have a few styles that come in Euro. 36 or US 5.

What is the lowest men’s size you have?

Most athletic shoes for men begin at US 8. However, we do carry some ECCO styles in Euro 42 or US 7.

What is the highest men’s size you have?

Some athletic shoes will be available in US 14 or 15. There are a few styles of dress shoes that come in Euro 47 or US 13.
